Can I sit my driving test in your car?

Definitely – in fact, we strongly recommend it! There are many benefits to sitting your driving test in an instructors’ car – the main one being that the dual brake system makes the car safer, and your RMS officer will be more relaxed to be in a familiar, clean, roadworthy car with dual brakes.

Before you sit your test, we will pick you up and take you for a one-hour driving lesson to relax you and go over any last-minute points before the test. By the time you sit the test you’ll have already been driving for an hour that day so you’ll be ‘in the zone’, so to speak!

Not only do you have the car, you’ll have the instructor. We’ll help you fill out your paperwork and meet the RMS officer who will be testing you. We’ll also sign off on your logbook and we’ll be there to congratulate you when you pass!

Finally, after the test, we’ll take you home or back to your school or workplace, all as part of the service.

Please be patient!

Glenn's Driving School doesn't use a secretary; we prefer to speak directly to our students and book them in ourselves. This way we have fewer hassles, booking clashes and red tape. Because of this, when you call Glenn, you may well be calling him while he's instructing a student. Glenn will return your call as soon as he is able, rather than take a call when it may not be safe to do so.
